We are committed to giving our guests an honest, result-oriented Ayurveda program – no mysticism, no ‘bits and pieces’ of Panchakarma, no ‘maybes’. Our Ayurveda programs are comprehensive, effectively managed by qualified, experienced medical staff and includes such treatments as authentic Vasti, Virechana (preceded by Snehanam and oil / steam) and when necessary, Vamana, Shiro-Vasti and Kati-Vasti.

As a part of our commitment to honesty and transparency within the field of Panchakarma, we were the primary Ayurveda Hotel in Sri Lanka to openly publish a treatment schedule, detailing both the variability and number of treatments given during a ‘typical’ Ayurveda program. This includes treatments from the three stages of Purvakarma, Pradhanakarma, Pashatakarma also as special treatments, massages and Doctor’s consultations.

Our superb location. The Talalla beach is one among the only a few along this coast which is beach boy / seller free. Ideal for swimming during the ecu Winter, this picturesque bay is bounded by lush coconut palms and provides absolute beach frontage for our resort.

Our Doctors are all university graduates who are trained within the Surya Lanka system. They, also as our therapists, have also reaped the advantages of the training given by two well respected Ayurveda specialists from India. These doctors introduced better, more comprehensive methods of administering Nasya, Virechena etc also as organising the right sequence of our medical treatments. Our doctors are caring, aware of guests needs and needs and always have time to concentrate .
